My husband and I are bicoastal and often call upon Kevin to look after our property when we are on the East coast. When a situation arises, Kevin always is our first responder and makes us feel very comfortable being so far away.
In 2013, my husband and I purchased a second home in Malibu and hired Kevin to do the complete renovation. While this process can be grueling, Kevin did his best to communicate with us and was with us every step of the way. He is honest and always had our best interest at heart. The foreman and workers were very professional, skilled and conscientious as well. The work site was kept clean and was well maintained.

My wife, Bobbi Jo and I have lived in Malibu Colony on a full-time basis continuously since 1984. In fact, I am currently the President of the Malibu Colony Association. We have known Kevin Babineau since buying our home in the colony in 1984.
Kevin has done a least six (6) major additions/remodels and countless repair, replacement, and maintenance construction jobs for us every year. The quality of his work is always excellent, his prices fair and competitive, and his workers’ are hardworking, honest and can be trusted when you are not at home. I have worked in this industry since 1968 and have had the privilege and experience of working with many contractors, that try to do a good job with a client for a fair price and as a sub-contractor you are a real pleasure to work for.
When we come into a project even from the bidding stage, I fell that we are working as a team and if there is anything that needs to be taken care of in the beginning it is brought up and resolved.
